Nottingham and Derby, the counties and the surrounding towns and villages have a unique architectural heritage and identity. Many of the unique buildings, materials and places have been borne out of extraordinary circumstances that are specific to these places.
In our globalised world it is easy for our cities to become homogenous. We must ask the question what is the vision we want for the places and space in which we live and work?
