We are returning with GCA Consulting (project engineers) for an architectural tour of the now completed Museum of Making.

We will also hear about conclusion of the Integrated Project Insurance (IPI) procurement route process as this has been one of the projects to utilise the IPI contract in the UK it will be interesting to see how and what the impact it has had on the overall construction process. Both through the benefits and challenges which arose.
